Some card/game groups have a regular list of players, but you may be able to sign up on the substitute list.
When enough people have indicated interest, new activity groups are formed whenever we have a volunteer chair. Newcomers Reno-Sparks has more than 70 activity groups.

The year's book list is voted on in December. A discussion leader reviews the book, author, era, etc. with group at monthly meeting.

The men meet twice a month at a local restaurant where they learn about the Reno-Sparks community, enjoy good camaraderie and develop new friendships.

They meet monthly to trade stamps and discuss their collections.

Twice a month this group meets to speak, write and read in Spanish. They help each other improve their language skills.

Mah Jongg Groups
Mah Jongg NMJR. Every Monday, 11:00 am. This group plays by the National Mah Jongg rules and meets at a member's home.
Mah Jongg NMJR II. Starting June 22, we changed our summer date and time as indicated above. Our group now meets every other Wednesday and continues by the NMJR Rules. Beginners welcome and when we have enough for a table we will teach you together.
Mah Jongg NMJR III. Every Monday, 11:30 am to 4 pm. We are looking for experienced Mah Jongg players that play by the NMJ Rules. This new group meets in members' homes from 11:30 am to 4 pm so pack your lunch and join us.
